PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT / INJURY PREVENTION

THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP ATHLETES AND PHYSICALLY ACTIVE INDIVIDUALS.  IF YOU WANT TO BE A COMPETITOR THIS SEASON, YOU MUST DO SOMETHING TO PUT YOURSELF AHEAD OF THE PACK.  IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO JUST LIFT WEIGHTS WITH THE HOPE OF GETTING STRONGER, OR RUN A COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE THE SEASON STARTS.  ATHLETES ARE UNIQUE, AND THEIR TRAINING SHOULD BE UNIQUE.  THIS PROGRAM WILL ADDRESS YOUR WEAKNESSES AND FOCUS ON FLEXIBILITY, MOVEMENT MECHANICS, SPEED, AGILITY, POWER, STRENGTH, AND CORE TRAINING TO HAVE YOU PERFORMING AT YOUR BEST.

TRAINING OPTIONS:

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (1 COACH/UP TO 4 CLIENTS/AGES 12 & UP)

THERE IS AN INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRESSIVE PROGRAM TO FOLLOW, THAT IS PUT TOGETHER AFTER CONSULTATION, ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION. THE COACH WILL SPEND AMPLE TIME TEACHING THE CORRECT TECHNIQUE AND OBSERVE MOST OF YOUR REPETITIONS, BUT ATTENTION IS EQUALLY DISBURSED AMONG THE GROUP. THE GROUP IS KEPT SMALL TO ENSURE THAT THE COACH CAN KEEP THEIR ATTENTION ON EACH CLIENT. THE CLIENTS IN EACH GROUP ARE PUT TOGETHER BASED ON AGE AND ABILITY.  THIS OPTION PROVIDES THE MOST SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY.  PRICING IS REDUCED DUE TO THE SHARING OF COACHING. THERE IS THE ADDED BENEFIT OF WORKING, COMMUNICATING, AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS. THINK OF THIS A BUILDING A TEAM TO TRAIN WITH TO HELP MOTIVATE EACH OTHER WHILE TRAINING. EBSC WILL PROVIDE CLIENTS FOR YOU TO WORK WITH OR YOU CAN MAKE UP YOUR OWN GROUP IF YOU WANT TO BRING OTHERS IN WITH YOU.  THERE ARE MIDDLE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL, AND ADULT GROUPS AVAILABLE.

TEAM TRAINING (1 COACH/MINIMUM OF 4, UP TO 12 CLIENTS/AGES 12 & UP)

THIS OPTION IS PROVIDED IN CIRCUIT FASHION WITH ALL OF THE CLIENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE SAME WORKOUT ROUTINE. THE WORKOUTS ARE PREDETERMINED FOR THE MONTH AND TRAINING IS TOTAL BODY. SCHEDULING IS LIMITED TO CERTAIN TIMES DURING THE WEEK, WITH ALL PARTICIPANTS TRAINING ON THE SAME DAY AND TIME. TRAINING IS GEARED TOWARDS THE THE SPORT THAT THE INDIVIDUALS ARE PARTICIPATING IN.  THIS OPTION IS OPEN TO RECREATIONAL ATHLETES AND FITNESS CLIENTS WHO HAVE A GROUP THAT WANTS TO TRAIN TOGETHER.
