PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT / INJURY PREVENTION

Our Sports Training program is designed to develop athletes both physically and mentally. Athletes are unique and their training should be catered to their unique abilities. Improving where they are strong and removing weakness and inefficient movement hindering performance. This program focuses on movement mechanics, speed, agility, strength, power, core, and conditioning to have you performing at you best. It also addresses lifestyle and nutritional habits to ensure you are properly fueled and are able to recover quickly from training, practice, and competition. 

TRAINING OPTIONS

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (1 Coach / Up to 5 Clients / Ages 12 & Up)

We provide an individualized progressive program to follow, that is designed after consultation, movment analysis, and a performance evaluation. A coach will spend ample time teaching the correct technique and observe most repitions during your sessions. The groups are kept small to ensure saftey and so coaches can keep clients accountable to their program. No one is lost in the crowd. The clients in each group are put together based on age and ability. We build a team environment where everyone motivates each other. There is the added benefit of working, communicating, and building relationships with others. This option provides the most scheduling flexibility. We have other clients for you to work with at 3, 4, and 5pm Weekdays, as well as, 10 and 11am Saturdays. Programs are offered in 6 week, 12 week, and 24 week options training 1, 2, or 3x's a week.

1-on-1 Functional Movement Screen (Movement Analysis) & Performance Evaluation, Individualized Program Design, Nutritional Guidelines, Supplement education & recommendations.

MIDDLE SCHOOL INTRO TO STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES (1 Coach / Up To 8 Clients / Ages 11 to 13)

This option is provided in circuit fashion with all clients participating in the same workout routine. The workouts are predetermined for the month and training is total body.  Scheduling is limited certain times during the week, 2:30 - 3:15pm Weekdays. Training is geared towards building overall athleticism, focusing on foundational movements needed for sport. This option is open to competitiive and recreational athletes, as well as fitness clients. We have others for you to work with, you don't have to form a group. There is open enrollment for this option, with classes running during the school year. Programs are offered for training 1, 2, or 3x's a week. There is open enrollment into this program, with a minimum of an 8 week training commitment.

Group Functional Movement Screen (Movement Analysis) & Performance Evaluation, 6-Week Program w/ Progressions for Team to follow, & Nutritional Guidelines.

TEAM TRAINING (1 Coach / Minimum of 5 athletes)

The team members are all evaluated together, then a 6 week program is designed to meet the needs of the group. There is more of a specific sport related focus durning these training sessions. Scheduling is limited certain times during the week ran just like a practice. With all participants training on the same day and time. You need 5 athletes to form a team who can all train on the same days and times. 7pm times are available on select Weekdays & Saturday morning times at 12 or 1pm are available. Programs are offered in 6 week, 8 week, and 12 week options.
