Imagine how you would feel if your body didn't ache as much in the morning or after physical activity. Imagine feeling like you're 10-15 years younger. Age is truly just a number, you can build muscle, get stronger, and enjoy a phyically active life regardless of your age. EBSC will discover what is sabotaging your physical fitness and lifestyle choices causing you not to feel like your younger self. Through sound nutritional guidance, pain management and recovery techniques, functional strength training, and all the support you need we will help you reach your goals and write your very own success story!  

TRAINING OPTIONS:

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING (1 COACH / UP TO 4 CLIENTS AGES 40 & UP)

Each client has their own individualized program to follow put together after consultation, assessment, and evaluation. The coach will spend ample time teaching you the correct technique and observe most of your repetitions. The group is kept small to ensure a coach can work with each memberh of the group. There is the added benefit of working, communicationg with, and forming new relationships. Think of semi-private training as having your own team to train with helping to motivate each other and have fun with. EBSC provides clients for you to work with.

INCLUDES:

Functional Movement Screen, Performance Evaluaiton, Individualized Program Design, Habits based Nutrition Coaching. 

ADULT GROUP TRAINING (1 COACH / UP TO 12 CLIENTS AGES 25 & UP)

These classes are for people who have some experience with training and are comfortable moving at a faster pace. The class is ran in circuit fashion with everyone performing the same exercises. There are weekly progressions, modifications for some individualization, and the program is mixed up every 4-6 weeks. Prepare to get your heart rate up and break a sweat! 

Sessions are available Mon/Tue/Thur from 7-8pm. Choose to come in 1, 2, or 3 x's a week for the month.

Weight & Bodyfat measurements, Nutrition Packet & Guidelines
